Using content in Joomla (Admin)

As an admin I have to use many feature in Joomla, 1 of it is Content Button on upper menu in Administrator.

How to use:
1- First make a section for any content I want.
2- After that make category for item in the content.
3- And then make new item about anything in content.

The idea is to manage content that I want, because Joomla is for managing the content, if I want to make it public I can make it as Menu type of content like I make at www.wamymalaysia.org/home it easy as make use of other feature in Joomla.

I can also hide the Category that show in the main content, make it hide in menu manager.
firstly make the content section as a new menu table, after that make any of the content section as menu, after that open menu manager for that section content and hide the category.
